Hi this review is gonna be a good one... I have been here over 4 years. I will honestly say that Trent is not only the hardest worker I have seen in the office, also maintenance, but a multi tasker. He is what makes this apartment complex run smooth. He is a professional whom not only did the maintenance here but also became the main office man. I call up and I can tell you his response is quick and accurate. This is a wonderful place to live and safe. There are kids and adults of all ages. Great little community we have here at North Park apartments . Thank you Trent for all you do here. Greatly appreciated.

I have lived at Northparke apartments for over 5 years . I like it here. My apartment has been well maintained. lawn care has been great. My carpet is great. Any repairs needed have been done , right away.

I've been here since 2001 and until Trent started it needed help now everything runs like a well oiled machine Trent is amazing

I’ve been here 2 years and Trent is amazing. Things are taken care of promptly or in the time he says it’s going to be done. He’s very good at what he does coming from being maintenance to the manager. He’s very easily to get along with and listens to concerns. His work and efforts for the property and tenants are very much appreciated.

I've moved to NorthPark Apts 8yrs & 6 months ago saw Trent, as a young maintenance man move up to become Manager he interacts with the residents very well & if any repairs Ben maintenance, quick to fix !!! Two very awesome guys

I have lived in North parke for six years now and have seen many managers come and go, and I feel like the apartments were going down hill but I have noticed a big improvement since Jeanette had become manager and I truly believe she is trying her hardest to make north parke great again. Anytime I have ever come in contact with Jeanette she has always been super friendly and I enjoy our little talks. I'd be very sad to see her go so I hope she sticks around for a while
